The pieces

Every rock, gem, and piece of jewelry is one of a kind. Photos show the actual piece, but color can look different from screen to screen.

Weights and measurements are taken by hand and are close, not exact. Grade words like Collector Grade and Museum Quality are our honest judgment as collectors.

Prices and negotiating

Prices appear in your cart once you add a piece. If you would like to talk about a price, call 715-747-5602 before checking out.

A piece is yours once checkout is complete. Until then it may sell to someone else.

Open Bid auctions

Rock of the Day, Rock of the Week, and seasonal auctions are open bid: everyone can see the current bid.

Each new bid must meet the minimum increment shown. A bid is a promise to buy if you win.

When the timer ends, the highest bid wins. We email the winner a Shopify checkout link. If it is not paid within 48 hours, we may offer the piece to the next highest bidder.

Payment and shipping

Payment is through Shopify checkout. We ship from La Pointe, Wisconsin, packed by hand. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Once a package is with the carrier, we will help with any lost or damaged claim, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns

If a piece is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return it in the condition it arrived and we will refund the price of the piece. Auction wins and custom jewelry are final sale unless the piece arrived damaged.
